At Asmarah by Aliya, we strive to provide our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Below is our Shipping Policy to ensure that you are informed about how we handle the shipping of your orders.
1. Shipping Methods and Providers
We offer multiple shipping methods to cater to the needs of our customers. Depending on your location and the nature of your order, your package may be shipped via:

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7–10 business days.
We use trusted shipping providers such as Shiprocket and other reputable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be provided with the shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs 5000 within India.

Flat Rate: For orders below Rs 5000, a flat rate shipping fee of Rs 200 applies.
For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the package.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or for special promotions.
Orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next available business day.
4. Delivery Times

Domestic Orders (India): Delivery times vary based on your location. Most orders will be delivered within 7–10 business days.

International Orders: We are currently only taking orders within India. International orders will be taken soon
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including shipping delays or customs processing.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the Shiprocket website or the courier provider’s site using this number.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at aliyayusuftai@gmail.com to correct it before your order is shipped.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
8. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, postal strikes, or customs delays, that could cause shipping delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we are aware.
9. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the claim process with the courier provider. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged product and do take unboxing videos, as they may be needed for a claim. No Claim will be attended without an unedited unboxing video.
